How long does an order take to be received?
The amount of time it takes to receive your order is dependent on the shipping method that you select on the check out page. Once your order is processed, tracking information will be emailed to you.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Please contact the carrier to start the claims process. The claims process would be on their website.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
No
How do i know if a item is still in stock?
All inventory is real time. If you do not see it on the website, it is not available. Or if the item says sold out, then it is also unavailable.
Can I exchange if I ordered the wrong size item?
Yes, you have 7 days to exchange the item. Just contact customer support at Contact@irregular.world. All items must be in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.
Can I change my address on my order?
No, this will result in the immediate cancellation of your order.
